Celtic is a leading provider of Motor Carrier systems to North American Jurisdictions including International Registration Plan (IRP), International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA), Operating Authority (OA) and Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) programs. We also work with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to provide customized Commercial Vehicle Information Exchange Window (CVIEW) and Performance and Registration Information Systems Management (PRISM) systems interfacing with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) provided databases.
We are a fast growing company building on many years of experience to provide superior service and support to our customers.

The mission of Celtic Systems is to develop and support computer systems that support the transportation and licensing operations throughout North America.

We are dedicated to the concept of continuous improvement and to the research and development of new innovative ideas and products that will assist the IRP and AAMVA communities. In addition, our Training Delivery Division is dedicated to the development and support of Learning Content Management delivery engines. These relate to GED readiness and other adult learning opportunities. We intend to provide our new training delivery techniques to Motor Carrier customers in the near future.
